The Diversity and Talent Scholar Program is designed to recognize a diverse and accomplished group of students who have expressed an interest in the Worker’s Compensation/Risk Management Industry. Each DATA Scholar will receive a stipend of  $250.00 upon completion of the program.

The DATA Scholar Program is a four-month comprehensive, multi-curriculum certification program. Participation in the program will provide the student with the opportunity to receive and provide peer and professional mentorship opportunities and complete coursework tailored to provide introductory concepts regarding the workers’ compensation industry.  The completion of the program will culminate in attendance at the WCI Educational Conference in Orlando Florida on Monday, August 21st.  The student will be paired with industry professionals and receive career 1:1 advice, mock interviews and resume assistance.
